Dealer Training:

We provide dealers with detailed product manuals and organize regular training activities to impart product-related knowledge and vehicle troubleshooting methods, help dealers improve their management theories and practical abilities, and develop relevant skills. At the same time, we inspire our dealers to cooperate and keep them informed of the development of the e-bike industry. We also work with GIRDER to publicize major events and form a strong cooperative strategic alliance in order to promote the continuous growth of sales.

Warranty Service:

we automatically register warranty information when dealers buy GIRDER products in bulk. The quality of our bikes is excellent and the failure rate is extremely low. We offer free replacement for faulty bikes and provide dealers with free replacement of core components and wear parts, and we supply parts to dealers at any time. As our cooperation with dealers stabilizes, we also visit dealers regularly to get timely feedback and provide them with better service.

Dealer Training:

We offer a standard limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship on all models of bicycles and their components purchased directly from the GIRDER website. Defective parts caused by GIRDER will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty service period from the date of product delivery. Customers will be required to provide the original purchase receipt to establish proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date.
