Policy

We offer a standard limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects and workmanship on all models of bicycles and their components purchased directly from the GIRDER website. Defective parts caused by GIRDER will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty service period from the date of product delivery. Customers will be required to provide the original purchase receipt to establish proof of purchase and determine the warranty start date.

Note: All human damage, improper use, and damage caused by abnormal use are not covered by the warranty.

Modified cars, used cars are not covered by the warranty.

The limited warranty does not

cover the following:

Any product not sold on our website.

Defects or damages caused by external reasons, including bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, or improper storage, or theft of items.

All human causes, including defects or damages caused by improper assembly, testing, use, maintenance, modification, upgrading, and other operations.

Ordinary wear and tear caused by normal storage or use.

Products whose serial numbers or bar codes have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or illegible.

Warranty Process

During the warranty period, customers can contact GIRDER customer service via email, phone or other means of communication.

Pictures or videos of the problem area are required so that we can assess the problem.

Upon receipt of all the information we need, we will notify the technical department who will guide the customer to fix it.

Once the technical department agrees, we will send you the replacement part and assist you with the warranty issue.
