Incoming Quality Control
Once the parts arrive at the warehouse, our inspectors will start checking the incoming materials immediately. In order to ensure the representativeness and accuracy of the samples, the number of samples to be inspected should not be too small, so as not to cause bigger problems during the production process. The inspectors will scrutinize each sample and eliminate any products that do not meet the relevant technical standards to ensure that every accessory is qualified and reliable. Our goal is to provide high-quality products and ensure the stability of the production process to meet the needs and expectations of you and your customers.
Continuous Quality Control
We conduct fatigue tests on the frames, including cracking, breaking, and shock-absorbing functions, to ensure their quality and reliability. We strictly control the uniformity and quality of the coating during the process of painting and spraying the brand logo. For e-bike samples, we conduct function, performance, and appearance tests and obtain lab reports to ensure conformity. During mass production, if there are any problems with brakes, gears, drive angles, etc., we will immediately make adjustments and rework to ensure the quality of the whole bike.
Final Quality Control
Before the product is shipped, we strictly follow the agreement with the dealer for factory inspection.
We mainly check the list of accessories and items such as user manuals, chargers, fenders, lighting fixtures, keys, etc. to make sure that all accessories are complete and meet quality standards.
We also check the outer box labels to ensure that the product model number, quantity, and other necessary information are correctly identified.
